As a certified SDI Open Water Scuba Instructor, you can continue your professional development through our SDI Specialty Instructor Courses — including areas such as Deep Diving, Nitrox, Navigation, Night Diving, Equipment Specialist, or Stress & Rescue.
Each specialty you complete not only improves your teaching abilities, but also increases your value in the global diving job market.
What to Expect:
Our SDI Specialty Instructor programs are customizable and hands-on. You’ll work closely with an experienced Instructor Trainer to meet the specific requirements of your chosen specialty — including teaching strategies, course execution, and managing typical student challenges.
Each course can be taken individually or bundled with other specialties — flexible to fit your personal and professional goals.
Course Fee: €300 per day
Duration varies depending on the specialty (typically 1–2 days based on topic and experience).
Not included:
- SDI certification fee (varies by specialty)
- Rental equipment (available at extra cost)
- Personal dive insurance (mandatory – e.g. DAN, AquaMed)
Requirements:

Valid SDI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification
